This is a promotional Event card for Level 7 [Escape]. The text is: Spawn a guard on every tile that has a player with 3 or more threat. "Attention all personnel: Escaped subjects reported in Gamma sector." Spawn a clone on every tile that has a player with 6 or more feat. "If you don't calm down, they'll find you." Each player rolls as many dice as his current Strength and discards five cards minus one for every Strength icon rolled. "This place is falling apart."
